We partnered again with Richard Owen Opticians to refresh and modernise the website we originally built for them — enhancing the design, streamlining user journeys, and giving the team more control over content updates.

What We Did:

  • Sticky navigation and a bold new homepage banner with integrated “Book an Appointment” and date selector.

  • Full homepage redesign with improved layout, updated copy, and a more engaging structure – see the live preview ›

  • Switched to the Editor widget for better formatting control, giving the client team more flexibility for future updates.

  • Added brand filter boxes on the shop page to improve frame browsing.

  • Set up dynamic product labels (e.g. “New”, “Best Seller”) using logic rules, all fully manageable in the backend.

  • Updated site favicons to meet modern browser and device standards.

How We Work:

This was a great example of a studio day in action — a focused session working directly with the client to make meaningful updates, solve challenges on the spot, and ensure the final site truly reflects the personality and professionalism of the practice.
