We partnered again with Richard Owen Opticians to refresh and modernise the website we originally built for them — enhancing the design, streamlining user journeys, and giving the team more control over content updates.
What We Did:

Sticky navigation and a bold new homepage banner with integrated “Book an Appointment” and date selector.

Switched to the Editor widget for better formatting control, giving the client team more flexibility for future updates.

Added brand filter boxes on the shop page to improve frame browsing.

Set up dynamic product labels (e.g. “New”, “Best Seller”) using logic rules, all fully manageable in the backend.

Updated site favicons to meet modern browser and device standards.
How We Work:
