Strategies are often set during the best of times, but they’re truly tested when uncertainty abounds. The COVID-19 pandemic is requiring businesses to review their strategies and quickly adjust for new market conditions. Those strategies will be tested further as the economy gradually reopens and people return to work. It’s important to prepare now for what might come next.
As shifting priorities imprint the business landscape in response to COVID-19, customer preferences and expectations are following suit. Digital trends already underway are now accelerating. Whilst we are seeing an increase in demand for our products and services, we are also working with customers who’ve been forced to cut costs to preserve liquidity. We want to collaborate with all our customers on delivering value.
